Focus On Feel Horsemanship Course
Get control of your body and mind to ride with feel.
You can be the rider you want to be!
How I help riders go from crooked and unaware to symmetrical and in control of their seat.
Through 3 simple exercises on the ground and again in the saddle, you can improve your ability to feel what your body is doing and control your movements to ride with more balance and symmetry.
Step 1: Learn To Listen
When you struggle to feel if you’re crooked in the saddle, your mind and body are disconnected. I’ll guide you through the process of opening up a line of communication from your mind to your body. Through focusing, listening, and improving your awareness of what your body is doing in the saddle, you will begin to feel where improvement is needed.
Step 2: Get In Tune
Learn the three ways your pelvis needs to be aligned and balanced to ride with feel. Go beyond the neutral pelvis to feel what it means to maintain the correct position as you move.
Step 3: Move With Control
If you feel like you can’t get your legs where you want in the saddle, you're not alone! It's time to take the movements from steps 1 and 2 and apply them to your position on your horse. We’ll connect the focus and stability from the prior steps with control in movement using simple exercises you can do almost anywhere to improve your seat.
Step 4: Saddle Up
Your mind and body are working together. You’ve made some discoveries and found a new level of control. Now it's time to take this to the saddle and raise your riding game to a new level.

Laura, Aspiring Endurance Rider
I’m Stacie Campuzano of Campuzano Equestrian. I help passionate horse owners learn to ride with harmony using the artistry of classical dressage, the magic of the mind-body connection, and the partnership of groundwork.
I’ve helped dozens of riders reach their goals from FEI dressage to finishing the Tevis Cup and training the horse they have to be the horse of their dreams – a happy, light, harmonious dance partner.
You can do it, too. It all starts with learning to feel and control the symmetry of your seat in the saddle.
I’m excited to help you along on your journey with your horse.
